Facebook Lead Forms

A Facebook lead form is a type of ad format on the Facebook platform that allows businesses to collect information from potential customers. It is designed to make it easy for users to provide their contact details and other relevant information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, or specific preferences, directly within the Facebook app or website. This form helps businesses generate leads and gather valuable customer data for marketing purposes.

The goal is for leads from our campaigns that use lead form extensions (non-website traffic) to be sent directly into our clients' CRM without the need for manual entry or editing. This is possible sometimes through Zapier, but other times requires an API integration with the client's CRM.

  • Some CRMs (i.e. RentcafeCRM can receive a lead form submission by email via Zapier which will populate the guest card in their CRM automatically.
