Cost-Per-Lease Report Explanation
The CPL (Cost-Per-Lease) report was added to Kyzen to help automate the process of determining cost-per-guest card events, such as cost-per-guest card, cost-per-tour, cost-per-lease, etc.
Choose to view trending CPL reporting on the source or source group level.
Option to enter and edit costs directly in the report, as well as create custom source groups and show or hide certain sources.
Actual costs for campaigns such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads can be automatically brought in through existing API integrations. These integrated actual costs can be edited to add any additional costs, such as management fees.
The CPL report also allows you to manually input the cost for your ILS services on the same report to compare the cost per guest card, show, application, lease, and move-in from WALL sources to ILS.
