Kyzen Data Integrations

Kyzen includes a wide range of marketing and leasing data integrations, in an effort to help our client partners automate marketing reporting, and to be able to obtain a full funnel analysis. This full funnel analysis allows for a more comprehensive understanding of the performance across all key digital marketing and leasing aspects for a specific community or portfolio of rental units.

Guest Card and Leasing Performance Data

Kyzen utilizes integration partnerships from multifamily's leading Property Management Systems (PMSs) to be able to report on apartment community leasing performance, as well as performance from specific lead sources.

This data is also used for other functions within Kyzen such as attribution modeling, forecasting, benchmarking, budget suggestions, performance alerts and more.

The providers for this type of guest card and leasing data is typically from the end source PMS (property management system), and not the community's CRM (customer resource manager) tool.

Guest card and leasing data partnerships currently include:

  • Yardi Voyager

  • Entrata

  • ResMan

  • RealPage

Occupancy Data

Occupancy data integrations provides us metrics such as occupancy rate, lease rate, 90 day exposure rate, current number of units available and more. This data provides Kyzen users with an ability to analyze how well the property is being leased up or maintaining stabilization.

It is also crucial data used for prioritizing property's with the most need for leases, forecasting future occupancy and providing advertising spend recommendations based on current and trending occupancy rates.

Website Performance Data

Kyzen currently utilizes a primary website data integration with Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Kyzen also maintains a legacy integration with Universal Analytics.

The website performance data allows Kyzen to provide reporting and analysis for primary KPIs (key performance indicators) related to traffic generation, traffic source performance, as well as website event and conversion reporting.

The website traffic and conversion data is also utilized for website lead source attribution modeling within Kyzen's attribution modeling options, as well it's performance alerts.

Advertising Performance Data

Advertising performance reporting is provided by APIs Kyzen has established with leading digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Kyzen utilizes this advertising data within it's dashboard, trending, benchmark, budget attribution reporting, performance alerts and more.

Kyzen will continue to add additional advertising data integrations for ad platforms that become more heavily relied upon for traffic generation.

Reputation Performance Data

Kyzen utilizes API integrations with Google Business Profile, and additional data partners that provide APIs for publicly accessible data which provides Kyzen users with reporting on review totals and current ratings from business listing websites.

SEO Performance Data

In addition to website performance data reporting, Kyzen also features SEO (search engine optimization) performance reporting within it's dashboard, trending and benchmark reports.

Data source providers for this type of organic data includes Google Analytics, Google Search Console and and additional data partners that provide APIs for publicly accessible data.

Organic Social Media Performance Data

Organic social media performance data is sourced from Meta APIs for Facebook & Instagram profiles, as well as Google Business Profile APIs for data related to GBP posts and engagement.

This reporting allows Kyzen users to analyze and benchmark performance related to social media posting activity, as well as the reach and engagement provided by the posting activity.
